Terms and Conditions

General
Seller
Ivo Mathé, Reg. No 63657791 , residence U lužického semináře 40, Praha 1 11800, is registered in the Register of Companies kept by the City Court in Prague, engaged in the sale of custom clothing. Not VAT Registered.

Buyer
The buyer is aware that by purchasing products offered by the seller, the buyer does not gain the right to use the registered brands, business names, company logos or patents of the seller or other companies, unless otherwise agreed in a special contract concerning a specific case.
Prior to placing an order the buyer provides his/her contact details necessary to process the order, possibly data he/she would like to have on the buying documents.
A separate contract between the buyer and the seller gives precedence to these Terms and Conditions.

Is a natural person registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague dealing with the sale of custom clothing.

Delivery
As soon as we receive your order and subsequent payment, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. If the ordered product is not in stock, its production usually takes 2-3 weeks from the date or order. All details will be provided in the confirmation e-mail.

Uncollected Consignments
Uncollected consignments will be returned to the sender. The costs associated with such return delivery will be reimbursed by the customer.

Return of Goods
You may return purchased products within a period of 14 days from the delivery of your order. The products must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached, if possible. Subsequently, we will refund the applicable amount to the customer’s account. The postage for returned goods will be reimbursed by the customer.

Cancellation of Order
An order may be cancelled if cancelled within 30 minutes from the time of order. The fees associated with the refund (transfer) of the paid amount to the customer’s account will be deducted from the transferred amount.

Warranty
The warranty period is 24 months. The warranty covers defects originating from production, used materials, or processing methods. If the goods are damaged or modified by the customer, no warranty claims will be accepted.

We ship orders by means of DHL all over the Czech Republic and also to EU countries.

Postage fees to other countries

The messenger will deliver the consignment to your door.
As the messenger will contact you, indicate your telephone number in the order form.
The standard delivery period is 3 to 4 days from the date of dispatch.
